Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026 (v5: in-app activity records, automated-chat memory) · Draft pending legal review
This policy explains how L M Digital Solution ("we"), Plot No. 171, Sector 17, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206, India, collects and uses personal data on MeuMore (meumore.com). We are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the controller under the GDPR for users in the EU/EEA and UK.

Sensitive information
Your gender, the genders you are interested in, and your photos can reveal sensitive details about you. We use them only to run matching and display your profile, and only with your consent, which you give by completing your profile. You can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your account.
How we use your data
- To run the Service: your account, profile, matching, chat, payments and payouts.
- To keep MeuMore safe: 18+ enforcement, moderating photos and profile text, handling reports and blocks, and preventing fraud and abuse.
- To measure our advertising (see the next section), unless you turn it off.
- To understand how MeuMore is used (see "In-app activity" below).
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax records and lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal data.
In-app activity
MeuMore records in-app activity to run and improve the service and to prevent abuse: the pages and profiles you view, likes, matches, messages you send, purchases and subscriptions, searches (the filters, not the place you searched), reports and blocks. For messages we record metadata only, such as which conversation and how long the message was; never the text. If you arrive from a campaign link while signed out, we record that visit with the campaign tags and the random mm_aid visitor ID (see Cookies). Only our authorised staff can see these records, which are kept for 180 days and deleted with your account. They are not shared with advertisers or partners.
Ad measurement with Meta (Conversions API, via Oxbo)
MeuMore advertises on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To learn which ads bring members, we share a small set of events with Meta for ad measurement through Meta's Conversions API, via our marketing partner Oxbo (oxbo.in). We do not put the Meta Pixel or any Meta script on our website: events go from our server to Oxbo, and from Oxbo to Meta.
- Events: you sign up, you complete your profile, you make a purchase, or you start or renew a subscription.
- What an event contains: the event name and time, a unique event ID, the value and currency of any payment, the MeuMore page where it happened, and, to match the event to an ad: your MeuMore user ID and email address, the IP address and browser type of the request, the campaign details and Meta click cookies described above.
- Hashed identifiers: your email and user ID are hashed (SHA-256) before they reach Meta; Oxbo hashes the email on receipt and discards the plain text. As Meta requires, the IP address, browser type and Meta click cookies are sent as they are. We never share your photos, messages, profile details, gender or who you are interested in.
- Your choice: switch off Settings → Privacy → "Use my data to measure MeuMore's ads" at any time. From then on, including for events not yet sent, we still count the event (name, value and currency) but send no identifiers: no email, user ID, IP address, browser type or Meta cookies.
- Meta processes this data under its own terms as our partner for ad measurement. Oxbo uses it only to measure and improve MeuMore's advertising.
Who can see what
- Other users see: your first name, age, photos, your country, and your approximate distance from them.
- Other users never see: your email or your exact location.
- Paid content is visible only to buyers, through short-lived secure links.
Who we share data with (processors and partners)
- Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage, Mumbai region)
- Cloudflare (network security and CDN)
- Google (sign-in)
- Razorpay (payments and payouts)
- AWS Rekognition (automated image moderation)
- OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA): may check profile names for policy violations, and writes, moderates and summarises messages only in chats with a profile that uses automation (see "Automated chats" below). Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train their models and is kept for at most 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Oxbo (oxbo.in, our marketing partner) and Meta (ad measurement), as described in "Ad measurement with Meta" above.
- Apps you connect yourself (Settings → Connected apps). An app you authorise can do only what you approved, for example add photos to your profile. You can revoke access at any time.
We may also disclose data to law enforcement when the law requires it, including the IT Act and the IT Rules 2021, and in cases of child sexual abuse material.
Invitations from partners
If you gave a partner (for example, a MeuMore campaign run by Oxbo) your consent to hear from MeuMore, we may email you one invitation. Every invitation has a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we never invite you again. Your account is created only when you choose to sign in.
AI profiles and AI-enhanced photos
- Some profiles on MeuMore are AI-generated, created with our partner Oxbo. They are not members and not real people. They always carry an "AI" badge and an "AI-generated profile" note, and you can't make payments to them.
- Replies from AI profiles are written automatically: by MeuMore's own system (using OpenAI, see below) and by our partner Oxbo, which created them. Messages you send to an AI profile are shared with Oxbo and processed by OpenAI so that the profile can reply. Messages you send to real members are never shared with Oxbo.
- Nothing you do with an AI profile is sent to Meta.
- Photos edited with AI tools that you connect carry an "AI-enhanced" label.
Automated chats
Some profiles use chat automation: AI profiles (always), and creators who switched on "Automate my chats" in their settings.
- When you chat with such a profile, the messages in that chat are sent to OpenAI to write replies (including a daily good-morning message and follow-up questions about things you mentioned) and to check them for safety (moderation).
- We keep a short summary of that chat (for example your first name, interests, recent events you mentioned and your mood) so replies can remember context. We don't ask OpenAI to store it, and the summary is deleted with the conversation or your account.
- Chat language: you can choose the language automated chats write to you in (Settings → Chat language, or at sign-up). If you haven't, the first automated profile you chat with may ask once which language you prefer, and we save your answer with your account. Your own choice in Settings always wins.
- Automated messages are clearly marked: a small "Auto" marker next to the time, or the "AI" badge on AI profiles. If you ask whether you are talking to a bot, you get an honest answer.
- Automated replies never ask for money, contact details or a meeting. If a message suggests someone may be at risk (for example self-harm), the reply shares helplines and our safety team may review that chat.
- Chats between members who don't use automation are never sent to OpenAI. To stop it, simply don't message that profile, or block it; creators can switch automation off at any time.
What automated chats remember about you. Besides the per-chat summary, we keep one short profile of you built from all of your automated chats (for example your first name, interests, likes and dislikes, how you like to chat, what you are looking for, recent events and recent moods, and topics to avoid), so that any AI profile or automated creator that chats with you can remember you. It is limited to about 2 KB, is used only to write automated replies, is never shown to our staff in our admin tools, and is never used for advertising. We never keep health conditions or diagnoses, religion, caste, sexual orientation, political views, or financial or account details in it, even if you mention them. You can see it at any time in Settings → Privacy → "What MeuMore's automated chats remember about you", delete it (and every chat summary about you) with Clear, or switch off "Let automated chats remember me": automated chats then neither store nor use any notes about you, and what was stored is deleted.
International transfers
Our data is primarily stored in India. Some processors and partners (for example Meta, OpenAI and Google) may handle data outside India or outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and only to countries not restricted under the DPDP Act.
