Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MeuMore (meumore.com, the "Service"), operated by L M Digital Solution ("we", "us"), Plot No. 171, Sector 17, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility: 18+ only

• MeuMore is only for adults aged 18 or over. You give your age when you create your profile, and anyone under 18 is blocked from completing sign-up.
• Your age can't be changed in the app after sign-up. If it is wrong, email [email protected] and we will review and correct it.
• We remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, and you must not have been banned from MeuMore before.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. There is no separate password sign-up, so every account is linked to a verified Google identity.
• One person, one account. Your profile must represent you truthfully: your real first name, your real age and photos of yourself.
• Don't create accounts for anyone else, don't share or sell your account, and don't use automated scripts to create or run accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account (see section 12).

3. Content you post

• You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload ("Your Content").
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, blur-preview, display and distribute Your Content solely to operate and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups kept for up to 30 days and copies we must keep by law.
• You confirm that you own Your Content or have every necessary right to it, and that every person shown in it is an adult who has consented to its publication.
• Photos and profile text are checked by automated moderation, and may be reviewed by our team, before or shortly after they go live.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

MeuMore is not an adult-content platform. In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (sections 67, 67A and 67B) and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not upload, sell, share, send or request any of the following:

• Sexually explicit material, nudity (including exposed genitals, female nipples or buttocks), or depictions of sexual activity.
• Any material depicting or sexualising minors (child sexual abuse material). This is zero-tolerance. We remove it immediately, preserve evidence, ban the account, and report it to the authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and NCMEC where applicable.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination, or content that is obscene, defamatory, violent, or that promotes illegal activity or self-harm.
• Fake profiles, impersonation of anyone, or content that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights.
• Intimate images of anyone shared without their consent.
• Solicitation of commercial sexual services, escorting, "sugar" arrangements or trafficking.
• Scams, requests for money, gifts or banking details, spam, commercial solicitation or advertising, and attempts to move people off-platform to defraud them.
• Malware, scraping, or interfering with the Service or other users' accounts.

Suggestive but non-explicit content (for example swimwear or fitness photos) is allowed within our Community Guidelines.

5. AI-generated profiles

MeuMore shows some AI-generated profiles, created with our marketing partner Oxbo. Each one carries an "AI" badge and an "AI-generated profile" note, and their chat replies are written automatically by AI. They are not members and are not real people. You can't make payments to them. See our Privacy Policy for how chats with them are processed.

6. Paid features: purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases. Creators may offer photos, videos and locked chat messages for purchase, and you may send creators tips. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the item on MeuMore. Don't download, record, redistribute or resell purchased content.
• Subscriptions. You can subscribe to a creator monthly. An auto-renewing subscription is charged at the start and then every month until you cancel; cancel any time in Settings → Subscriptions and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A 30-day pass is a one-time payment that does not renew. We email you before a pass ends.
• Creator fee. Becoming a creator requires a one-time fee, shown before you pay.
• Platform fee. MeuMore keeps 20% of each sale, tip and subscription payment (the gross price, excluding payment-gateway taxes where applicable). The remaining 80% is credited to the creator's earnings balance.
• Payouts. Payouts are made on request once the minimum payout threshold is reached, to a verified payout method in the creator's name. We may require KYC and tax information, and we may withhold payouts that are linked to fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these Terms. Creators are responsible for their own taxes on earnings.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your full card details.

7. Refunds

Digital content is available immediately after payment, so purchases are generally non-refundable once unlocked. We refund technical failures, duplicate charges, content removed for breaking these Terms within 7 days, and content that clearly does not match its preview. Subscription payments already made are not refunded when you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals. See the full Refund Policy.

8. Safety

• Report or block anyone from their profile or from a chat. See the Community Guidelines.
• Be careful when meeting anyone in person: meet in a public place and tell a friend where you are going.
• We do not run criminal background checks on users, and we are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Service.

9. Location

• We use your device's location (if you allow it), rounded to about 1 km, to show nearby matches.
• Other users only ever see an approximate distance, never your exact location.
• We detect your country from your network to set currency and legal requirements.

10. Intellectual property

The MeuMore name, logo and software belong to L M Digital Solution. Do not copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of user profiles.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination and account deletion

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent; what we delete and keep is described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines or the law, with or without notice where needed for safety or legal reasons. You may appeal by email.
• Earned but unpaid creator balances are paid out after any holds for fraud or chargebacks, unless the account was terminated for illegal content.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email, and your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
